Would like to have someone to be our Tech Support for A) our customized CRM designed in ASP with MS SQL and if possible, B) someone who can support issues associated with Asterisk (as we are having an Asterisk based phone system, that will be tied to our CRM set up very soon). FYI - the Asterisk phone system will be on a Linux server.
I am looking for someone to look after any bug corrections, or modifications and assit with any outages that cause our CRM/Phone system to be down. The main time period coverage is needed would be 5am-11am Pacific time Monday-Friday.
Other things like upgrades, etc could be invoiced out at a reasonable rate.

I need to know your price for A) Monthly Maintenance and B) Work billed at How much per hour for things done over and above the Maintenace contract.
