Convert ASP form to ASP.NET form

I have a registration form for a reunion from previous years that's in ASP. I want the same form converted to ASP.NET. The form takes attendee's information and lets them select reunion events to purchase. I need the form to total the reunion expenses, send me an e-mail with all the information, and end up with the total amount passed to our PayPal account.
