Convert ASP form to ASP.NET form -- 2

I have a registration form for a reunion from previous years that's in ASP. I want the same form converted to ASP.NET. The site/page was made in MS Expression Web using a master page for common page layout. As a webmaster (not a coder) I need the script commented so I can change elements (price, add an item, delete item) each year as needed. The form takes attendee's information and lets them select reunion events to purchase. I need the form to total the reunion expenses, send me an e-mail with all the information, and end up with the total amount passed to our PayPal account. The site is hosted on Ionos (1and1) on a Windows server. Recap - I need three capabilities for the page. (1) a grid of items/price/amount/total for the registration part (2) send an e-mail to me with personal information (name, address, etc. and items purchases, and total) and (3) when submit button is activated the next page is a PayPal page showing total so a person can pay with a credit card of PayPal account.
