XML Web Services using ASP

I am simply trying to locate a developer who has extensive knowledge in creating -and- accessing XML Web Services using ASP (not .NET). This quote will be for providing a dynamic example of this technology using 5 data fields that I provide - developing a (fully-commented) ASP page that will create the service; and demonstrating how to query the service and retrieve data. Assuming that everything goes smoothly, it is likely that this developer will become heavily involved with an upcoming integration project in mid-December. If you are based in the US, please make note of it in your bid. I prefer US-based developers for this particular project. Also, please be a little more specific regarding your ASP/XML knowledge in your bid - simple "I can do it" reponses and other generic responses will be ignored.
