.ASP/XML/database work needed ASAP!!!

I need someone who can work FAST and work with some .ASP classified script that I have installed so that it will include RSS information in the search results. I also need the same person to transfer an old database into the new one. There are about 300,000 records in the old database. This needs to be completed IMMEDIATELY! Please no place holder bids.
