We anticipate a large number of new clients coming to us from massive advertising campaigns we are planning to begin.
We need our business associates to be reliable, knowledgeable, friendly, good communicators, creative, willing to make suggestions and above all be able to deliver high-quality work within reasonable timelines that have been agreed upon.

Description:
To ensure that your skills match our requirements, we currently have some Website and Database development needs from our clients which we hope will help us to identify one or more low cost/high-quality outsourced development resources.
We request a conceptual web interface be designed in Photoshop with final cost of project for review. Once approved we’ll pay 10% to begin the development project. Then 10% for each milestone that is meet (10 milestones typically per project plan).
We manage all our projects with project plans with set milestones. Each milestone that you meet and we approve we pay the agreed upon amount through the various online payment services.
To be successful you must be willing to build a good continuous long term relationship between ourselves and you and/or your company.
The website will consist of multiple pages and will use Microsoft Windows 2003 running IIS 6 and Microsoft SQL 2000. The website is operating using Microsoft’s network load balanced (NLB) and the database is operating using Microsoft clustered SQL back-ends.
We require that all development use Microsoft Technologies unless otherwise agreed upon.
