We need a very skilled and meticulous freelancer to convert a PDF-file into a website (static HTML pages) in a short period of time. Strict conditions apply, but we pay a good fee.
The PDF is a 300 page final program of a congress. The PDF document will be available on May 15th. The website has to be ready on May 21st.
Design, markup and structure are already available. Your job is to take the content out of the PDF and place it in the website, so in the end the website will be an exact copy of the PDF. This is crucial. So: NO USE OF PDF TO HTML SCRAPER SOFTWARE!!! Meticulous hand coding is essential!
Fortunately, there's a clear example of exactly the same project from last year:

The PDF we used last year for the website above is available right now on request by mail (13Mb). You can study this as an example, the new PDF will be available May 15th).
The markup and structure of this year's congress is allready set up completely. You can see it here:

So your job is basically to copy/paste the content from the PDF into the new website by hand.
You will receive an FTP account for access on our server.
- You will receive the new PDF on Friday 15th end of the day (Central European Time).
- Thursday May 21th is the absolute deadline!
- You CANNOT use PDF to HTML scraper software.
- Daily reports of the progress
Before bidding on this job, please be very sure that you can absolutely meet the conditions above. Failure to deliver to our specification on this date means you will not get paid (100% of agreed fee will be held in escrow and will be released immediately on delivery).
So if you have any doubts about being able to get this job done to our specifications and conditions, please don't waste my time and yours by bidding on this job.
