We need a exhaustive question bank of (200 Questions) in .NET Technologies covering all framework libraries and programming languages of .NET. The questions will be used for pre-hire screening test for 0-4 years of experience.

We need a person who has set question papers before in .NET and can fairly judge easy, medium and hard level for each question. He should know the subject in and out and should be able to suggest question quality and distribution as per topic.
Typical question setter would be:
1. Teacher, Tutor in .NET technologies , who knows breadth and depth of the subject and understands how to create questions and rank difficulty level.
2. Experienced personnel in .NET technologies who has explored all the facets of .NET and has experience creating questions and selecting candidates.
3. Personeel with experience and certifications in .NET technologies, who has the experience of preparing and coming across lots of questions.

The copyright of the question shall be with us. Meaning that question setter shall not share, sell the questions to anybody and shall also not use the same for their own purpose as well.
Also if an already created question bank is handed over, it should'nt have been shared, sold to someone else in the past.
