updating website

my page [url removed, login to view] is going to be moved to [url removed, login to view] and the website has to be updated. I am a teacher and the website now contains all info for my students. I also have my own company (Tom Verbesselt It Solutions & Services) where I sell dynamic asp.net websites, develop portal sites, do some programming and program Vantage domotica touchscreens. I need some one to change my site so it contains only the company info (with a high tech layout) and a login button for my students. This has to take them to one out of 10 pages depending on the course the student is folowing. All very basic and simple stuff with an access database for the users. If necesaary I can write the .net code for you. I will only need to be able to add and delete users. The first part now is only the company website for what I have a budget around 75 euro. The login for my students I want in one month. If this project goes well I will choose you for this also.
So the bid is only for the company info.
To make this clear. I will change the server myself, this is no problem, it's just the redesign of the pages I need
