Simple modules for intranet application

I'm looking for someone who will write some simple modules for intranet application. This application runs on Cuyahoga ([login to view URL]) and is written in C#. It uses Postgresql 8.0/8.1. These modules are quite simple and don't need to use much of the Cuyahoga functionality (except NHibernate). The project should be written in C# (Framework version 1.1). Some approximate numbers, so that you can grasp the size of this project: 3-4 DataGrids (or similar controls for simply displaying list of all objects of given type) and 2-3 simple data entry forms (Add/Edit), 1 search form, 1 upload form (with included parsing of text files). The only things that really needs to be written is presentation layer, because I can provide simplified business classes or interfaces (without DAL and majority of business logic) and/or simplified database. I would very appreciate if you could generate NHibernate mapping files that fit this simplified database. However, I can write (generate) all nhibernate stuff for you, but you'll have to bid lower in this case. Module for uploading files should be able to accept comma delimited text files. Module should parse these files and persist them to database using one of the business classes. Parsing is very trivial ([login to view URL] should do the trick). Maybe you'll have to fix structure of the underlying database table and add some properties to business class. The business classes and database objects are in some language that you probably don't speak, but I can provide English translations. Edit forms should be able to recover from optimistic locking errors and be able to gracefully handle other exceptions (i.e. use try catch). All designed controls should use CSS. Please provide simple CSS file that can be used with Cuyahoga default template. There's no need for complex visual design - usability should be the first concern. Provider should be able to accept GAF escrow. I would also very appreciate if he/she is able to issue an invoice. Please don't bid above 120 USD.
