Dropzone file upload

We are using dropzone to upload file. Requirement is that if an image or a pdf is uploaded, first resize it to 2 mb and then upload via dropzone.
asp.net mvc to be used. You can use syncfusion nuget to optimize pdf/image to small size... or you can choose any other nuget if you do not want to use syncfusion.
Requirement is clear. I want image and pdf to be optimized and made less than 2 mb before uploading.
Upload should happen as a binary field in the db.
