We need a CRM solution for reps to keep track.
Web Based interface for inputting and viewing data.
Customers should be organized by regions, IE north of england or south of england.
Permissions - reps can login and only view customers in their own region.
Customers should then tagged by an account number.
The customers should have a "visits" section to there profile, here whenever a rep visits, he can write a report on the customer.
Reporting function -
can generate a report of what visits have been done in each region within a set time, e.g. what has happened between 1st and 31st of this month.
I have attached a PDF with some information, it is a bit primitive, but I didnt have time to do it properly on a computer. It should however get the data accross.
