Clone of a website

I would like a simple clone of skyscanner.com. Just the same basic features, except only using Australian airlines (Jetstar, Qantas, virgin blue, Tiger airlines). Preferably written in PHP using MySQL or any open source software. The website design is not important, all I require is that the back end works with a very basic front end. Please be aware I am not sure how to go about creating this, so please only bid on this project if you feel confident you could create it.
