rich textbox in asp form

I need ASP AND js code for a rich text box in a form.
The user must be able to highlight text he has typed in this textbox then select a bold button and the text should turn bold.
Above the form there needs to be buttons where the user can select bold, italic and select boxes where the user can select font size, color and type.
There will be a button for uploading images and they should appear in the text box.
When user selects Submit the text of this text box should be written into a file.
It sounds complicated but is simple and I'm sure there is alot of code out there written for this -I've seen it in a few sights.
If you have code for this or have written similar code it may be good enough.
The design and actual images for the buttons are not needed just put in dummy's cause I will incorperate this code into a large application.
