Full-Time Freelance work

We are a development firm looking to make a change. We are thinking about replacing our in-house programmers and using overseas programmers for our work. Here are the requirements needed to qualify. 1. Programmer's working hours must be between 9AM and 5PM Central Standard Time USA. 2. Access to VoIP phone. 3. MSN Messenger 4. Must be an expert in ASP Classic, VB.Net, Microsoft SQL, Java Script 5. Must Speak and write fluent English. 6. Will need to be able to respond to same day requests. 7. Must provide detailed time-sheets on all work. 8. Must provide diagrams and description of all code. 9. Quotes must be provided on all work prior to work being done unless otherwise specify in writing. We do not need a Project Manager we will assign some one in-house. This will be on-going work. We have been in business for 11 years and have a large clientele.
