Flash Drag and Drop HTML Generator

Hi, I need a flash HTML Generator. I need a flash application to allow my users to generate their own html code. Flash html generator should be drag and drop and include: Editor. It should include Table genrator, images upload, forms generator and text fonts and color controls, it should also include hit counter, video upload and html code insertion. Html result code should be saved in an sql database and images uploaded by users should be saved in an specific directory. I Like the editor to be just like [login to view URL] Edito. I'm reposting this project a Freelancer helped me with this project but he was unable to finish. So this time I'm going to put all the money in Escrow and release it once job is completed, I'm sorry but no partial payments will be released. Full payment once job is done.
