General function would be to store and monitor a database of clients, AEs, Products and Sales. As well as add support for clients to their assigned AE through trouble tickets, add/drop services and pay bill. Payment history and status would be tracked and admin would have stats on everything from an easy view graph/stat page. This could be set to day, week, month, year, date1 to date2, etc. There would be a simple survey automatically sent to clients at x # of days after purchase and the results of the survey would be stored with the client, AE and product stats. Billing would also have an auto email sent to client and their assigned AE if payment was due. There would be a simple news feature for AEs to view announcements/notices. There would be a form table to hold the forms of employees and contracts for clients linked to their account. There would be integrated marketing to send emails to all clients or selected clients/prospects based on a few easy criteria’s.
A general FAQ section would be needed to allow clients and/or AEs search and view answers to their questions. Login history would be stored, everything would have the option of adding notes that would be auto entered by, time/date stamped.
