ASP.net and AJAX Coding for Rankings/Social Network site

This project is open to asp.net and AJAX expert coders and expert designers for a social media website. The majority of the site code is done but will need revision for bugs, user experience optimization and additional features. The site is a top 10 list creation and ranking site with a social networking component. The main features of this project will entail: 1) Additional features for the website - Some minor, additional functionality (ie. more advanced search capabilities, filters, revised invite system, ) 2) Creation of interactive widget to allow embedding of website materials on other websites. Widget will need to communicate with database of website. 3) Redesign of website. 4) Optimize functionality and bug fixes. Please provide your own suggestions on design/functionality. The current functionality and site flow is not very efficient. I'd like to know your thoughts on how to make it more user-friendly. The existing site is located at www.beakly.com. Coders with most thoughtful analysis will then be provided with current list of items to be completed and asked for a quote.
