First hour I'd map the call flow for a booking - greet, capture pickup/drop and dates, quote, then payment link - so we agree on the happy path before any building. Day one I'd stand up a Retell AI agent connected to a booking backend, with Hindi + English to start and language auto-detect, then add regional languages once the flow is solid. Payments and booking would run through your gateway (Razorpay works well in India) with a WhatsApp confirmation and link so customers can pay after the call.
