What are the guiding principles and values you want anyone who works with or for you to understand clearly about you? What is your ethical bottom line? Do you tend toward absolutism or relativism in how you apply your values? Given this tendency, as well as your personality, what situations might present the biggest ethical challenges for you? What can you do to minimize the risks?
