We're looking for a creative writer/copywriter to write 500 words on "How to Get More Money Out of your Rental Properties" (tentative title) for our company blog.
This article should:
-List common apartment fees (will provide a list)
-Discuss "rule leniency" (when a property manager purposely doesn't charge common fees, like late rent payment fees or pet rent) - is it costing property owners more in the long run?
-Ways in which you can boost property revenue simply by creating or enforcing fees

Our products include tenant & employment screening (background checks), property management software, and more.
Compensation would be $45 per 800-word blog post (our usual rate is $30 per 500-words). This is a one-time article, but if we like you, it's highly likely we'll hire you again for future work.
Our current policy on credit is: All blog posts are published under the company name as a guest post. However, after 5 blog posts with us, we'll consider you a contributor and include your name, headshot photo, & byline on all work published, plus a link to your indexed work on our company blog.
