We need a scriptwriter for real estate marketing videos. They are approximated 130-150 words and run for around 45 seconds plus branding at the start and finish. An example of some of the videos we have produced are available here: [url removed, login to view]
We are producing an online workflow to handle the interaction between the agent, photographer/videographer, scriptwriter, voiceover person and video editor. The scriptwriter will be at the centre of the process.
You will have to do the following tasks:
* Write the script for the ad based on a selection of an appropriate theme supplied by the real estate agent in the listing, for example, [url removed, login to view] You have to take the theme and tidy it up and extend it.
* Choose and source an appropriate video theme music (There is a very small budget for getting authorised music from sites like [url removed, login to view] )
* Order the images and text to be voiced for the ad
* Reviewing the voiceover when it is produced
These additional tasks will be part of the online workflow shortly. For now, they will be done by others manually:
* Passing the images/script/voiceover to the video editor when ready
* Uploading the videos to the real estate portals.

The idea is to work at a rate of speed that will ensure we can pay you a good hourly rate. The first couple will take a bit longer but it really is formulaic after the process is understood. A skilled script writer should be able to produced a script in 15 mins. We have 8 scripts to produce in the next fortnight as we test the process and as we bring more agents on the number of scripts required will rise to dozens per fortnight, then hundreds.
