I have a word document with lots of information on a range of finance and investing topics. It is meant to be a written guide on how to invest in shares, starting with how the investor should think, what principles to use when selecting shares, all the way through to when an investor should sell shares.
The information is in the document so there is not much original content writing that has to be done. Most of the content is adapted from other authors' work on the topic, it is more like a compilation than an original work
You will need to familiarise yourself with the information and then apply:
- A logical structure
- Formatting and better presentation
- Sections to be moved around/put together
- Some consolidation of topics
- De-duplicating concepts/themes/ideas/sentences
Some writing will be involved to introduce topics, make headings, and combine ideas/sentences.
I’m also happy to have your thoughts on removing sections of the material and putting entire sections under new headings.
If you can research and reference the material that would be great and I am prepared to increase the fee for this extra work.
There are not many mistakes in the document so the bulk of the work will not be proof reading.
If the work is performed well there will be other opportunities for ongoing work.
Must be edited/written in Australian/UK English.
Please note: This is a complex project requiring an understanding of the material in order to do the sorting, ordering and creation of useful headings. It would suit someone with business/finance/legal/accounting or other professional background. Please do not bid if you are not confident you possess these skills or can spend the time understanding the material.
