Copywriter needed to make bulk changes to a large amount of web content

We are a vacations rentals website business. We partner with a number of companies to promote their property rentals on our website.
We have 1,000 properties that need to be transferred from a partner website. We need to rewrite this content so that we can publish it on our own website. We need a very good English speaking copywriter to structure three pieces of content for each property:
1. We need you to write a 300 character short description from scratch
2. We need you to take the exiting content (normally 2-3,000 character long) and rewrite the description so that the content is distinct from the original content on the agency site (so that Google has no issues with search ranking)
3. We need you to select categories that are relevant to the property from a predefined list
We are looking for an established copywriter that has worked on developing web-based content who can translate the 1,000 property descriptions so that they can be uploaded onto our website. This person needs to have very, very strong English writing skills. They need to be able to work on a large number of properties in a short space of time. We will provide the links to each of the properties. We will then ask you to work on the content and send us the outputs via We Transfer or Google Docs.

Prior to agreeing to award the contract, we will ask you to undertake a test to show that you can deliver the specific content required. Just to be clear - there is a lot of confusion about people thinking that they will need to write two sets of content (an initial description of 300 words and a larger description of 3000 words). This is not correct.
We are looking for around 50 words (300 characters) of unique content as an initial description of the property. We then need you to rewrite 500 words (2-3000 characters) of existing content from the original website. This is more content editing / copy writing rather than original content creation.
