30 articles required - $1 per 500 words

I need 30 articles initially. I'm looking to hire 2-3 writers to work on my team. Payment is as follows:
$1 per 500 words.
If the work is good then I will give a raise after 2 months, and continue with raises as long as the work stays good.
Certain articles will be $1 per 400 words. It all depends on which article type you're writing.
Please DO NOT bid UNLESS you can send me a PM with 2 paragraphs on any topic that is close to your heart. I just need a short two paragraph or so article to show me your writing style and grammar.
