Digital Content Publishing Assistant — Exhibit A We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Digital Content Publishing Assistant to help manage content for Exhibit A and ONFEMME. Responsibilities: * Upload completed articles to Squarespace. * Format articles with proper headings, spacing, photographs and captions. * Add relevant internal and external links throughout each article. * Link featured fashion products to the ONFEMME website when appropriate. * Proofread articles for spelling, grammar and formatting errors before publishing. * Create SEO-friendly titles, descriptions, keywords and URLs. * Preview and test every article to ensure all links work properly on desktop and mobile. * Schedule or publish articles according to the content calendar. * Upload TikTok videos and short-form ONFEMME content to YouTube Shorts. * Write engaging, SEO-friendly YouTube titles and descriptions. * Add relevant hashtags, product links and website links to each video. * Select appropriate thumbnails and organize videos into playlists when needed. * Keep an organized record of all published articles and videos. Qualifications: * Experience with Squarespace, YouTube Studio and social media platforms is preferred. * Strong writing, proofreading and organizational skills. * Basic understanding of SEO, hyperlinks and digital publishing. * Familiarity with fashion, lifestyle, beauty and social media trends. * Ability to meet deadlines and work independently. * Careful attention to detail and a commitment to checking work before publishing. ONCE AN ARTICLE IS READY TO PUBLISH, THE DETAILS AROUND IT BECOME PART OF THE READER'S EXPERIENCE TOO. An article may be beautifully written, but a broken link, awkward image spacing, missing product connection, weak SEO title or poor mobile layout can make the finished piece feel unfinished. The same applies to Shorts when the title, description, links, thumbnail and playlist placement are treated as afterthoughts. For Exhibit A and ONFEMME, the publishing process should protect the editorial quality all the way to the reader's screen. Each piece can move through the same final checks: formatting, proofreading, links, product placement, SEO, previewing, mobile testing and publishing records. That also creates a reliable system as the content volume grows, rather than having every article or video depend on someone remembering what needs checking.
