We are Holded: a cloud-based business management software for small businesses that's a one-stop-shop for all the operational needs of small businesses. We need someone to take our knowledge base, which has already been fully drafted, and transform it into the best looking, most helpful knowledge base on the internet.
As a SaaS company, our knowledge base is the first port of call for our customers when they have any questions or difficulties using the software, so providing crystal clear information about all of our features in the most simple way possible is crucial. As we're based in Spain, we already have a fully-fledged knowledge base in Spanish, and this has been roughly translated into English. What we need now is for these rough drafts to be polished up so that we can provide to our English speaking users the same quality of service our Spanish speaking customers are used to. We're looking to use this opportunity to create our own distinct tone and style, and there'll be some light html involved as well for formatting.
We have around 200 articles that are formatted and have content, but were written by a non-native English speaker. We'd need someone to review the articles so that they are clear, fluid, and most importantly, help our users find what they need to know quickly.
