The level of rewriting is high- it needs to pass copyscape, which means no sentence or more than 3 words per sentence can be in the same order. The main and most important thing is that the articles are just as well written as the originals, and contain the same info. If there are any specific medial terms, which can not be rewritten, those can stay within the article. You need to be experienced and have perfect written English for this job.
