ESP32-CAM Video capture

Job Description:
I need a Arduino Sketch that will use the ESP32-CAM module that has SD card and PIR motion sensor.
The functionality is:
ESP32-CAM module in deep sleep.
When PIR senses motion, the ESP-CAM must take a Video for "video_length" in seconds.
The video is then written to the SD card.
The video file is then uploaded to a IP address and Port on my server.
The video file is then deleted from the SD card.
A "[login to view URL]" text file on the SD card MUST be used to enable the changing of certain parameters:
Example:
Camera001 // camera name
11 // framesize 11=hd
600 // length of video in seconds
GMT // timezone
Afrihost Fibre RC // ssid wifi name
mrpeanut // ssid password
[login to view URL] // IP address for Post video file
17178 // Port for Post video file
