Engineering review on completed plans for a 2-car garage with an office upstairs. The plans were drawn with VISIO and are reasonably complete. I assume the truss manufacturer will do engineering on the trusses and that the clear span "I" Joists do not need special engineering and can be selected from a load table. We do need engineering approval of the footer and any additional bracing for the 140mph wind standard in the city of Orlando, Fl.
