That means clear written confirmation that you, as the author, are transferring copyright (or have the legal authority to do so) and that I can adapt, publish, or re-brand the material without future licensing fees or attribution obligations. Preferred file formats are PDF for the curated portfolio and native authoring files in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or equivalent for any drawings you include. If you already have professional photographs, 3-D renderings, or marketing boards, they will strengthen your submission.
