I need professional house plans for a single-story extension, specifically for a kitchen/dining area. This is for a retention application. The area is only 34.8sqm, but exemption not granted as roof slightly too high. Requirements: - Detailed architectural drawings Ideal Skills: - Architectural design - Knowledge of building codes - Attention to detail I am in consultation w an architect who will assist with application and will advise draughtsperson on these plans. I just need the drawings done, and as soon as posdible.
