Long-Term Residential Architect Needed -- 2

I’m building a pipeline of residential projects and want to team up with an architect who can stay on board for the long haul. Most assignments will revolve around ground-up home design, but there will also be renovations and additions as they arise, so adaptability is important. For each project I’ll need: • Concept sketches developed into permit-ready drawings • 3D exterior models that clearly convey massing and material choices • Coordination of structural and MEP inputs to keep the plans buildable and code compliant You should be comfortable working remotely, responsive during design iterations, and fluent in Revit, AutoCAD, or a comparable BIM workflow so we can exchange files smoothly with engineers and contractors. Familiarity with local zoning and green-building standards is a plus.
