I’m looking for a United-States-licensed Professional Engineer or Architect who can take a project from the very first sketch through to a permit-ready package and filing. The work involves three core services—building design, structural analysis, and the production plus submission of permit drawings—and must be completed under your own professional stamp. The pipeline spans residential, commercial, and industrial buildings. Most assignments begin at the conceptual or schematic design stage, progress through detailed design, and culminate in the planning/permit phase, so you should be comfortable switching hats between early creative layouts, rigorous structural calculations, and the nitty-gritty of local code compliance. Typical deliverables include: • Code-compliant architectural and structural drawings, stamped for the relevant state • Structural calculations packaged for authority review • All documents formatted and compiled for direct online or in-person permit filing with AHJs If you are currently licensed in multiple states—or can secure reciprocity quickly—please highlight that up front. BIM familiarity (Revit, AutoCAD, or similar) and a track record of successful permit approvals will weigh heavily in selection.
