I am looking for an Architect or Spatial Designer to develop the most efficient internal layout for a new house build. This is not a simple drafting or "drawing" job. The primary goal is to solve the spatial puzzle of the home. I need someone who can analyze my specific plot land and determine the most logical and efficient structure for the rooms, entrances, and flow. I have attached the land plot DWG file to this project. Please review it carefully before bidding to ensure you understand the dimensions and constraints. Your focus must be on: Optimization: Maximizing the available square footage without wasting space on unnecessary hallways or awkward corners. Logic & Flow: Strategic placement of the entrance and room-to-room transitions. Site Intelligence: Orienting the house structure perfectly according to the attached plot boundaries. Deliverables: A conceptual floor plan/layout showing room placement and dimensions. A brief explanation of why this specific configuration is the most efficient for the site.
