We would need a set of your accurate DWG/DXF plans to show us the envelopes and general geometry and then we would do the following: Convert your outline plans into DWG plans suitable for Planning Application. Prepare Design and Access Statement. Compile block and site plans and submit all to UK Planning Portal. Our fee: £950 (NOTE: Other Technical Reports may be required and we have not allowed for any of those. Also, there are fees payable to Planning as well as for OS plans. This will be paid by you as well).
