Using ArcGIS (Desktop or Pro), I want you to run a full geostatistical workflow—variogram modelling, kriging (or the most suitable interpolator), cross-validation and accuracy reporting—to reveal and visualise the underlying spatial patterns. The ultimate goal is to understand where demographic concentrations are likely to rise or fall across the study area so that I can guide planning decisions with confidence. Your experience with the Geostatistical Analyst and Spatial Analyst toolsets will be crucial.
