Appointment Setting /

We are looking for someone to call small businesses regarding security systems. We would like for this person to screen the business to make sure that they are interested in getting a security system, and if so, schedule an appointment for a sales person to go out and show them the system, and get them signed up. We are looking at all different types of bidds. Please advise the following: Will you need a list of businesses or will you provide it? How do you want to be paid? - appointment / sale, per number called, etc. Budget of project will be based on information and services provided. This position could be long term. Please advise this information. We will review the submitted bids.
