Write a script (apple script or Keyboard Maestro) that I can program into my Elgato Stream Deck

I need a script (apple script or Keyboard Maestro) that I can program into my Elgato Stream Deck that will move the mouse to the right and click on a new option in Zoom's advanced screen sharing window - The default is "Use Slide as a Virtual Background" and I need the script to move the mouse to the right and click on "Share a portion of the screen" (see screen shots) that will work with Elgato Stream Deck (they said either an apple script or Keyboard Maestro script will work- I can then program a "return" in to the stream deck's "multi-function" button.
