UWP Launcher for Kiosk App

I need a very small Universal Windows Platform (UWP) application whose sole purpose is to launch a local batch file, which in turn starts my existing Java-based desktop application. Once the finished UWP package has been provided, I will configure it as the single locked-down app in Windows 11 Assigned Access, so please also supply the Application User Model ID (AUMID). The launcher should display no user interface at all — no buttons, splash screen, status messages or other visible elements. Its only function is to execute a batch file stored locally on the device, using a path I will provide, and then hand off control to the Java application. No additional security controls, keyboard restrictions or logging are required; reliability, simplicity and a clean hand-off are the priorities. Deliverables: - Compiled UWP package (.appx or .msix) ready for sideloading - Any signing certificate or publishing profile required for installation - The AUMID for use in Assigned Access configuration - Brief setup notes covering installation, kiosk configuration and expected behaviour when the Java application closes Please build against the current Windows 11 SDK using either C++/WinRT or .NET, whichever you consider most appropriate, provided it runs reliably on a standard Windows 11 Pro device. If a Desktop Bridge / packaged Win32 (MSIX) solution is more technically appropriate and more reliable than pure UWP due to UWP sandbox limitations, that is acceptable provided it remains fully compatible with Windows 11 Assigned Access and all deliverables above are still supplied.
