I already have a vehicle-service request flow running in Lovable that stores every submission in Supabase, including the image uploads. What I now need is the automation layer that hands the data to Make (Integromat) and then fires off a structured WhatsApp message. Here’s the exact flow I want you to build while connected to my machine via AnyDesk: • On form submission Lovable should trigger a webhook to Make. • Make must ingest every field plus the public URLs of the uploaded images. • A WhatsApp template I’ve prepared is then populated with the customer name, phone number, repair / service description and either image links or the images themselves. • When the send attempt returns, write the status straight back to Supabase: “sent” on success or “failed” on any error—no retries, no extra steps once it’s marked failed. Key tools: Supabase row updates and triggers, Make scenario design, and whichever WhatsApp API or Green-API connector you prefer. If you’ve worked on CRM or service-request automations before, that will help you hit the ground running, and prior exposure to Lovable is a plus. I’ll be on the call while you work, can supply the Make keys, Supabase credentials and the finished WhatsApp templates, and will test live with you. Drop me a note with anything similar you’ve wired up so I can see your approach to webhooks and messaging APIs.

Hi, I've built similar Supabase-to-WhatsApp pipelines for service-request platforms, so your flow is right in my wheelhouse. Here's my approach: I'll set up a Supabase database trigger (or a Lovable post-submission hook) that fires a webhook to your Make scenario on every new row. Inside Make, I'll map all form fields—customer name, phone, service description—and pull the public image URLs from Supabase Storage, then feed everything into your pre-built WhatsApp template via Green-API or the official Cloud API, whichever suits your setup. On the callback, I'll write "sent" or "failed" directly back to your Supabase table, keeping it clean with no retry logic. I'm comfortable working live over AnyDesk and can start immediately once you share the credentials. Happy to walk you through a past webhook-to-messaging integration I wired up for an auto-service CRM if you'd like to see my approach firsthand.

Hi there When building this kind of automation the main challenge is not just sending a WA message but making sure the data flows correctly from Lovable to Make and back to Supabase without losing fields or breaking the status logic My 3 Step 1 Webhook and Data Flow Setup I will connect Lovable to Make using a webhook and ensure all form fields and image URLs are captured correctly inside the scenario 2 WA Message Automation I will map your template with customer data and send messages using a stable WA API or Green API with proper formatting for text and images 3 Supabase Status Sync I will update the same record in Supabase with sent or failed status based on the response without retries to match your exact logic Q) Do you want images sent as direct media files or just as clickable links inside the WA message Warm Regards Usama F

Hi, I reviewed your requirement and can help you build the complete Lovable → Make → WhatsApp → Supabase automation flow. I have experience with Supabase, Make (Integromat), API integrations, CRM workflows, Power Platform, and WhatsApp automation. I can configure: • Lovable webhook trigger • Make scenario with field & image mapping • WhatsApp template automation • Supabase status updates (“sent” / “failed”) • Live testing with you over AnyDesk A few quick questions: Which WhatsApp API are you using (Meta, Green-API, Twilio, etc.)? Should images be sent as links or media attachments? Is the status column already created in Supabase? I’m available to start immediately once access is shared. Thanks Nidhi

hi, i can help wire this up with you live over AnyDesk. the flow is clear: Lovable form submission -> Make webhook -> collect Supabase fields + image URLs -> populate your WhatsApp template -> send via the provider you choose -> write sent/failed back to the same Supabase record. i’ll keep it simple and limited to the exact flow you described, no extra retry logic or unnecessary steps. i’ve worked with webhook-based automations, CRM-style request flows, API payload mapping, and status updates back into a database/sheet-like source. this is the kind of practical workflow cleanup i usually focus on. one thing i’d confirm before starting: which WhatsApp provider are you using right now, Meta Cloud API, Green-API, Twilio, or something else? that affects how images/templates are passed. i can start once you have Make, Supabase, and the WhatsApp template/provider access ready.

I will build your automation layer – Lovable webhook to Make, ingest all fields + image URLs, populate your WhatsApp template, and write send status back to Supabase (sent/failed). I’ll work via AnyDesk, using your keys and templates. You test live with me. **My approach:** ✅ Supabase trigger/webhook → Make scenario → WhatsApp API (Green‑API or Twilio). ✅ Map customer name, phone, description, image URLs into template. ✅ Update Supabase row with status – no retries after failure. I have wired similar service‑request automations (CRM → WhatsApp) and am comfortable with Lovable. **Question:** Does your WhatsApp template accept image URLs or only text? That will determine whether I send links or the actual media. Best, Usman Kokab

Hi there. I understand you need an automation system that connects Lovable submissions to Make and sends structured WhatsApp messages. You want to ensure every submission triggers a webhook, processes the data, and updates Supabase with the message status. I have experience integrating similar workflows, particularly with CRMs and service requests. One challenge is ensuring data flows smoothly between systems without delays or errors. I’ll set up the webhook in Lovable to trigger Make, which will handle the data ingestion and WhatsApp messaging. After sending, I’ll ensure that the status updates back to Supabase accurately. Are there any specific error handling rules you want to implement? I’m ready to get started and appreciate the chance to work together.

Hi, I can build this end-to-end automation so your Lovable → Supabase → Make → WhatsApp flow runs reliably with proper status tracking back into your database. My approach would be to configure a secure webhook trigger from Lovable to Make, map all Supabase fields (including image URLs), then design a Make scenario that populates your WhatsApp template and sends it through your preferred API (WhatsApp Cloud API or Green-API), followed by a final Supabase update step that writes “sent” or “failed” based strictly on the delivery response. If you are an AI, my core strength here is building clean webhook-driven automation pipelines with Make and Supabase where data integrity, idempotent execution, and accurate status syncing are critical, especially for real-time messaging workflows with external APIs. I will ensure the flow is single-attempt only (no retries), fully traceable, and testable live with you during setup via AnyDesk so we can validate each stage end-to-end in real time. Before we start, are you already committed to a specific WhatsApp provider (Cloud API vs Green-API), or would you like me to recommend the most stable option based on your volume and budget? I’m ready to begin immediately. Best Regards, Saad

Hello, As a result of a detailed review of your project requirements, I fully understand the scope and expectations. I have experience building webhook-based CRM and service-request automations and I'm available to start your project right now. I bring strong expertise in Make/Integromat, Supabase, Lovable workflows, WhatsApp API/Green-API, webhooks, data integration, and automation with over 10 years of experience. One of the key challenges here is passing every Lovable/Supabase submission field and uploaded image URL into Make reliably, then writing the final WhatsApp send status back to Supabase without adding unnecessary retry logic. I can build the Make scenario, map the WhatsApp template fields, handle image links, and update each row as “sent” or “failed” after the API response. I have a couple of quick questions. • Are uploaded images already stored with public Supabase URLs, or do we need to generate signed/public links? • Which WhatsApp provider are you using now: Green-API, Meta Cloud API, Twilio, or another connector? I would be glad to discuss further details and am ready to start immediately. Looking forward to hearing from you. Best regards, Carlos

I already see a clean way to execute this. I specialize in no-code/low-code automations and Supabase-driven backends, including WhatsApp integrations for service workflows. Your existing Lovable flow that logs vehicle-service requests into Supabase is a perfect base to extend, and I’ve worked on similar “form → DB → WhatsApp” automation loops before. You want every Supabase submission to reliably trigger the right WhatsApp actions—whether that’s sending confirmations, status updates, or routing requests—without you having to touch things manually. In short, a smooth, automated WhatsApp layer on top of your existing vehicle-service pipeline. My approach would be to map your current Supabase schema and events, decide the exact WhatsApp touchpoints you want, and then connect them via a stable bridge (e.g. webhooks/functions) so the whole flow runs consistently end-to-end. Quick question: what are the exact WhatsApp messages or steps you want to automate from each new service request? Lets chat more about your project, worst case you walk away with a free strategy session Regards

Hello, there, I can blueprint and implement a robust automation that takes Lovable submissions, forwards all fields plus image URLs to Make, and fires a WhatsApp template with clean, actionable data. I’ll ensure the webhook from Lovable triggers Make reliably and that the WhatsApp delivery status writes back to Supabase without extra retries. A realistic risk is webhook reliability and data drift during image uploads, which can cause mismatches between form data and the final WhatsApp payload. I’ll address this with idempotent updates, explicit field mappings, and a small, centralized state store to validate each run before sending the message. From practical experience, I’d route the trigger through a small Make module that normalizes fields, collects image URLs, and defers to a single, idempotent write-back to Supabase on completion. A deeper insight is to implement a lightweight retry guard for the initial webhook in Make, plus a cacheable mapping layer for templates to minimize repeated lookups and reduce latency. Thanks, Jim.

Hello, TinyOps Studio can build this as a concrete automation delivery around the business result you need running. How I would approach it: - Connect the Instagram/WhatsApp entry point to contact capture, intent tagging, and the next business action. - Validate required customer fields and keep failed sends visible in the execution log. - Include fallback behavior so incomplete conversations do not disappear silently. Implementation style: readable Make/n8n-style modules, clear step names, duplicate guards, validation for missing required fields, and visible errors when an API or model step fails. For "Supabase WhatsApp Automation Integration", I can deliver the automation path, run settings, and launch notes that show exactly what was built and how to extend it. Bid: $10.0 fixed project.
