Job Description. COMMISSION BASED! We operate U.S.-based domestic warehousing, fulfillment, and distribution infrastructure for peptide manufacturers selling into the U.S. market. Our model allows manufacturers to: • Offer fast U.S. delivery • Eliminate international shipping friction • Reduce customs risk and customer complaints • Increase repeat purchase behavior without changing production or traffic We are looking for an experienced broker / business development operator who can identify qualified peptide manufacturers and introduce us directly to owner-level or director-level decision-makers to explore partnership opportunities. This role is not sourcing, not VA work, and not list building. This is a deal-focused partnership role. ⸻ What You Will Do • Identify peptide manufacturers already selling meaningful volume • Make warm introductions to: • Owners / Managing Members • Export Directors • Heads of Overseas or International Business • Position our U.S. fulfillment model correctly to decision-makers • Stay involved through initial conversations and pilot agreement ⸻ What You Will NOT Do • Send lists of factories without introductions • Contact sales inboxes or junior sales reps • Quote product pricing or negotiate per-mg sourcing • Perform admin or translation-only tasks ⸻ Ideal Background • Experience in pharma, API, peptide, or chemical manufacturing • Existing relationships with Asia-based manufacturers • Fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese + English • Comfortable speaking directly with owners or directors • Familiar with export, distribution, or cross-border partnerships ⸻ Compensation Commission-based only (no retainers, no hourly) Structure: • 5% of our net revenue generated from each partner you introduce • Commission applies for 30–60 days following the partner’s first revenue event (final duration agreed upfront) Success Fee: • One-time success fee paid after first revenue is generated • Fee amount agreed before introductions begin, based on partner size Payment is made only after revenue is generated. ⸻ Why This Is a Strong Opportunity • Infrastructure is already live • Clear, proven value proposition • No speculative idea pitching • Fast-moving pilots • Long-term upside with repeatable closes We are selectively onboarding partners and are looking for one strong intermediary, not volume applicants. ⸻ To Apply Please include: 1.
