Je cherche à relier mon CRM Zoho One à mon central téléphonique FreePBX (Sangoma) afin d’améliorer le suivi des appels. Mon objectif principal est d’obtenir, dans Zoho CRM et Zoho Desk, un historique fiable et automatiquement alimenté pour chaque appel entrant ou sortant. Pour les appels entrants, je veux en particulier disposer d’un résumé horodaté qui s’associe au contact ou qui en crée un nouveau si nécessaire.
