Tally Integrated B2B Ordering Portal

I need a straightforward, browser-based portal that lets each of my 170 B2B customers log in with a mobile-number OTP, view only the SKUs and contract prices assigned to them, enter the quantities they want, and press “submit.” As soon as they do, the order should flow into Tally ERP as a pre-invoice without any manual re-typing by my accounts team. Because the same item can have different prices for different buyers, the system has to pull customer-specific price lists from Tally and show only those. A simple filter or search inside that personalised catalogue will help them sift through roughly 1 200 SKUs quickly. Once an order is placed, customers should be able to open an “Order History” tab to check previous purchases, track current order status, and download or view their up-to-date ledger—again, all in real time from the Tally database. Key functions that must be live from day one • Customer login secured by mobile OTP • Order submission that converts directly to a Tally pre-invoice • Real-time order tracking and ledger display • Product-catalogue filtering within the customer’s approved items • Order-history view for every customer Please build the bridge to Tally using whichever integration method you are comfortable with—ODBC, XML, or the Tally REST API—so long as it is stable and future-proof. A lightweight admin panel for my team to manage SKUs, pricing overrides, and user access is also required. Responsive design is essential; most customers will place orders from their phones. On delivery, I will verify that: 1. A test customer can log in via OTP, see only their SKUs and prices, and place an order. 2. The order appears instantly in Tally as a pre-invoice with correct item, quantity, and rate. 3. Ledger and order-tracking pages pull live figures from Tally without manual sync. 4. Performance remains smooth with at least 200 concurrent sessions.
