Shopify Integration & Configuration Specialist

Job Title Shopify + Order Desk Integration Specialist Needed Job Description Overview We are looking for an experienced Shopify and Order Desk specialist to set up, configure, and fully integrate Order Desk with our Shopify store. The goal is to streamline our order processing workflow — from order receipt to fulfillment — and ensure seamless operations across all connected platforms. Scope of Work Set up and configure an Order Desk account from scratch (or audit/fix existing setup) Integrate Order Desk with Shopify — including order sync, product mapping, and status updates Configure Order Desk rules and folders to automate order routing, tagging, and status management Set up integrations with 3PL/fulfillment centers or shipping carriers as required (e.g., ShipStation, EasyPost, Royal Mail, etc.) Connect and configure customer-facing website integrations to ensure real-time order visibility Test end-to-end order flows to validate accuracy and performance Document the setup and provide a brief walkthrough/handoff Requirements Proven experience with Order Desk setup and configuration Strong hands-on knowledge of Shopify (admin, webhooks, APIs) Familiarity with eCommerce fulfillment workflows (3PL, dropshipping, or in-house) Ability to write or modify Order Desk rules (conditionals, folder logic, automation) Experience troubleshooting integration issues between platforms Good communication skills — regular updates expected Ability to deliver within an agreed timeline Nice to Have Experience with Zapier or Make (Integromat) for additional automation Prior work with multi-channel eCommerce setups (Amazon, eBay, etc.) Familiarity with REST APIs and webhooks Deliverables Fully configured and tested Order Desk + Shopify integration Automated order routing rules set up in Order Desk Customer website(s) connected and synced Short documentation or Loom video walkthrough of the setup To Apply, Please Share: Your experience with Order Desk (how many setups have you done?) 1–2 relevant past projects or screenshots Your estimated timeline and fixed price quote
