Shopify Healthcare Store With Integrations

I’m launching a healthcare-focused Shopify store that sells physical products and I need the entire site built and connected so it runs seamlessly from first click to final checkout. The storefront must look clean and clinical, load quickly, and follow Shopify best practices for SEO and accessibility, but the real heart of the job is the integrations. First, the catalogue must stay in sync with our backend medical-provider API. You’ll handle the secure API connection, data mapping, and automate stock, pricing, and order status updates so our fulfilment team never has to touch a spreadsheet. Second, every new customer will complete a JotForm health-assessment questionnaire before purchasing. I already have the form in JotForm; you’ll embed it in the purchase flow and ensure responses are stored in the customer record on Shopify (or passed to our API) without adding friction to the user experience. Third, payments run through Stripe. Configure Stripe inside Shopify, enable Apple Pay / Google Pay, and verify that the checkout meets Stripe’s latest compliance requirements. Deliverables • Fully themed Shopify store with up to ten sample products configured • Live, tested integration with our backend medical-provider API (inventory, orders, tracking) • Embedded JotForm health assessment tied to each order • Stripe checkout configured and test transactions approved • Handover doc with connection keys, flow diagrams, and step-by-step instructions for adding new products I’m happy to provide API docs, JotForm credentials, and brand assets the moment we start.
