I’m ready to roll out a fully web-based ordering experience for my restaurant. Diners will scan a QR code that lives on their individual table, land on a mobile-friendly website, browse the menu, and send their order straight to the kitchen—no native apps, downloads, or kiosks required. Core requirements • A unique, auto-generated QR code for every table so orders are always tagged to the correct location. • The site must run smoothly in any modern mobile browser (iOS or Android) as well as on desktop for back-office use. Essential features to build in: 1. Track table occupancy in real time so staff can see which tables are open, waiting for food, or ready to pay. 2. Seamless payment integration (card wallets, Apple Pay / Google Pay, or Stripe-style checkout) that closes the ticket and frees the table once payment is complete. 3. A reporting module that breaks down orders by table, time period, and item popularity and can be exported to CSV or PDF. I’ll also need an admin dashboard where I can: • Add or edit menu items with images and modifiers • Regenerate or deactivate table QR codes • View live order status and notifications Deliver the full source code, setup instructions, and a brief handover call so I can deploy on my own hosting.
