I’m starting a 10–15 day pilot for a voice-based helpline aimed at keypad-phone users across India and need support to set up the IVR and refine the call flow based on real user interactions. For this pilot, I will personally handle all incoming calls to understand real user problems and behaviour. Your role will be to translate these insights into a simple, effective IVR system on Exotel — mapping flows, configuring logic, and iterating quickly as patterns emerge. The team will not be handling user calls during this phase. This is an early-stage pilot with a limited budget, and I’m looking for a simple, fixed-scope setup for this phase. Open to discussing a reasonable structure based on scope. We’ll work in short remote syncs, share call inputs, and continuously improve the call experience based on what we learn. Key responsibilities: • Technical setup on Exotel (number, IVR builder, routing, basic tracking) • Call-flow design (menu structure, branching, fallback handling) • Quick test-and-iterate cycles to improve flow based on real usage If you’re comfortable working with Exotel, handling fast iterations, and thinking through user-friendly call flows, we can discuss scope and a flexible, minimal-budget arrangement.

I’ve built scalable backend systems, including a cloud-based platform where I developed 190+ REST APIs, implemented real-time features using WebSockets, and designed systems for reliability in low-network environments. I’ve also worked on an AI-based trading analysis system involving real-time data pipelines and ML-based signal filtering.

Hi, I’m Adarsh, a Lead Systems Architect specializing in automated voice-first platforms. Building intuitive tools for the Indian demographic is a core focus of my work. Having recently deployed a local service platform with a regional voice assistant, I deeply understand the nuances of designing frictionless audio workflows for keypad-phone users. Your "Bharatprerna" initiative—delivering "Ek call, sahi raasta" for users navigating government schemes, career guidance, and form rejections—requires a robust, dead-simple IVR. Here is how I will execute your pilot: 1. Exotel Setup & Routing: I will rapidly configure the virtual number and map the initial IVR logic (e.g., Press 1 for Schemes, 2 for Education, 3 for Grievances). I will implement precise routing so every incoming call seamlessly connects to your personal line during this hands-on phase. 2. Call-Flow Design: I will structure a clean DTMF menu tailored to your core pillars. Crucially, I will build robust fallback and error-handling paths to prevent caller drop-offs when they are already overwhelmed. 3. Agile Iteration: Through our short remote syncs, I will instantly translate your frontline caller insights into dynamic, structural improvements to the Exotel flow. I understand the constraints of an early-stage, fixed-scope pilot and am prepared to structure a lean arrangement to get this launched immediately. Let’s map out the day-one flow!
