Automatically extract relevant data from the PDF (customer name, products, quantities, prices, references, etc.). Automatically integrate this data into our management software, kiubi.com. Ensure a reliable, secure, and stable system (error handling, logging, notifications in case of issues). Technical Requirements: Automatic connection to a dedicated email inbox. Automatic detection and processing of PDF attachments. Intelligent data extraction (OCR if required). Integration via API (if available) or any compatible method with Qubee.com. Testing and validation system. Clear documentation of the solution. Possibility for future maintenance and improvements. Ideal Profile: Proven experience in workflow automation. Strong experience in PDF parsing and/or OCR technologies. Experience working with REST APIs. Good understanding of ERP/CRM integrations. Experience with SaaS integrations is a plus.
