Signal Bot for Scheduled Messages

I need a working Signal bot that automatically posts my own text to one or more existing group chats every ten minutes. The content has to be user-inputted: I type the message directly into the bot’s own interface and the schedule rolls from there—no outside files or dashboards. And want to have options how often it will send out, that I can choose the time and if you can make that the group send out text in group everyone someone else is posting something. A simple username-and-password gate is essential so only I can change the text or toggle the bot on and off. Beyond that, keep the workflow lean: launch the script, log in, set or update the message, and let the timer handle the rest. Acceptance criteria • Runs on my machine or a minimal VPS without extra paid services • Authenticates with Signal safely (Signal-CLI, libsignal, or a comparable method are fine as long as they remain within Signal’s terms) • Sends to selected groups every 10 minutes without drift over a 24-hour period • Lets me change the outgoing text at any moment from inside the bot interface and picks up the new message on the very next tick • Protects the config behind a username/password prompt • Delivered, tested, and ready today, complete with brief setup notes
